One student, one identity, every point on campus.
A Nigerian university carries two structural burdens at once. The first is administrative: admissions, registration, fees, results, hostel and clearance stitched together from spreadsheets, part-digital portals and physical queues. The second is identity: the campus is an open community, yet the institution must know with certainty who is a bona fide student, who sat which examination, who borrowed which book, and who may enter which building.

Where verification happens on a campus
Where it changes the outcome
Examination integrity
Candidates are verified biometrically at the door of the hall, against the nominal roll for that paper and that venue. Impersonation stops being a matter of an invigilator recognising four hundred faces. Every entry is logged, so a disputed result years later has an evidentiary record behind it.
Matriculation and registration
Enrolment at intake produces the identity record that carries the student through to graduation — and deduplication at that moment catches the multiple registration before it enters the student record system.
Clearance
Verification at each clearance station confirms the right student is clearing, and the flag mechanism enforces outstanding obligations without the officer needing to check a separate list.
Hostel allocation
Access at the block tied to the live allocation. The student who was not allocated does not get in, and the room that shows as empty is empty.
Library
Borrowing tied to the person, not to a transferable ticket.
Campus access
Gates, faculty buildings, laboratories, secure areas, on rules rather than recognition.
Convocation and transcripts
The identity that sat the examination is the identity on the transcript, provably.

In production
Biolog runs in Nigerian universities, polytechnics and school groups today, across whole student populations rather than in pilot cohorts.
We will introduce you to an institution running it, for a direct conversation with people doing your job — subject to that institution’s agreement.
Works with EDUVANTAGE
Biolog and EDUVANTAGE share one student record. The identity enrolled in Biolog is the identity that logs into the portal, pays through the bursary module, appears on the result sheet and requests the transcript. No reconciliation, no two versions of the same student.
See Biolog running against your own process.
A working session with our team, not a slide deck. Bring your enrolment volumes, your verification points and your awkward edge cases. We will show you how Biolog handles them.
